NEW  Viewing renditions

By default, when you view a document in the BlueCielo viewer, you see the source document, even if a rendition is present in the vault.

To make the rendition the default file shown when you view a document:

• Set the Show renditions by default option as described in Setting appearance options.

To open the rendition in its Windows registered application:

• Use the Open Rendition command described in Document menu details

To view the rendition in Web Access, see Document shortcut menu details.
